Account: your email; if you sign in with Google, the basic profile Google shares (name, email, avatar).

Payment: plan and transaction records. Card details are handled by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card number. Data needed for the Taiwan e-invoice is processed by our invoice provider.

Usage: lessons you save and share links, plus the notes you and your teacher leave on the same lesson. Those notes are stored only to sync them between you and your teacher, along with the display name you enter.

Contact: anything you send through the contact form or topic suggestions.

Technical: essential cookies and basic connection logs.

Run the service: generate and store lessons, manage your plan and quota, sync your notes with your teacher.

Process payments and issue invoices.

Reply to your messages and suggestions.

Keep the service secure and prevent abuse (e.g. device binding on share links).

We do not sell your personal data.

Google (sign-in), a third-party payment provider (payments), an e-invoice provider, and an email provider (sign-in links and notices). Lesson content is generated by an AI model and that process does not include your personal data. Each service has its own privacy policy.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as language, theme, the name and role shown on notes, the share-link device id, and the sign-in session. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Account and lesson data are kept while you use the service. Transaction and invoice records are retained as required by tax law. You may request account deletion, except for records we must keep by law (such as invoices).

Under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act you may access, review, copy, correct, stop the use of, or delete your personal data. Email [email protected] and we will help.
